REVIEW

Sydney and Ridge…swoon!

So I fell in love with this book the first time I read it.  Since I couldn’t find my copy in storage I decided to grab it on audio book and give it a go that way.  Can I just say that I tend to catch more listening to a book than actually reading a book.  Is that just me?  Probably because I’m weird but it’s cool.

Anyways, Sydney finds out that her boyfriend is cheating on her with her roommate.  When she ends up homeless she is herded into Ridge’s apartment and becomes the new roommate.  All she asks is that he not make her like her roommate.  Ridge may be deaf but he is an amazing song writer.  When he sees her sitting on the curb in the rain he forces her to come in.  Together they make magical music but does it come to be something so much more?  Can Ridge finally follow his heart?  Can Sydney get over the cheating ex-boyfriend and roommate?  Can these two figure out what they want and go for it?

I absolutely love this book.  It is among my favorites by Colleen Hoover.  I love watching the characters grow and evolve together.  I love the soundtrack by Griffin.  Now as this was the audio book I have to say I enjoyed the narrators.  I do wish they would have sung the lyrics or had a Griffin voice over for those parts.  That would make it like ten times better.  I picked up on a few things that I had missed on previous read throughs.  I could read this book over and over again forever.  Great audio book.  Great book.
