REVIEW!!!

I had been hearing about this book since the movie was released.  At Christmas I finally watched the movie and decided I would give the book a try as well so I bought it a few days later and have already read it.

So in the book Vee wants to prove that she isn't the person they think she is.  So she is basically persuaded into the game by the guy she likes.  On her preliminary dare she meets Ian who she is paired with.  Throw in her friends and parents and you have one interesting book.  What kinds of dares happen?  Does Vee lose her friends?  Do Vee and Ian end up together?

So I like the premise behind the book and the main characters were well written.  However, I wasn't a huge fan of the characters actual dares in the books.  I also really hated the Tommy character like really hated.  The pace and the flow  were decent. 

Needless to say the book and the movie were completely different and honestly I think I liked the movie better than the book.  The dares are more realistic in the movie and deal with the players actual fears which is how I think a game like NERVE should be about.   Don't get me wrong the book is a good quick read it just didn't resonate with me as much as the movie did.
