Fixed on You Review...

Stalking and restraining orders are a thing of Alayna Wither’s past. With her MBA newly in hand, she has her future figured out—move up at the nightclub she works at and stay away from any guy who might trigger her obsessive love disorder. A perfect plan.
But what Alayna didn’t figure on is Hudson Pierce, the new owner of the nightclub. He’s smart, rich, and gorgeous—the kind of guy Alayna knows to stay away from if she wants to keep her past tendencies in check. Except, Hudson’s fixed his sights on her. He wants her in his bed and makes no secret of it. Avoiding him isn’t an option after he offers a business
proposition she can’t turn down and she’s drawn further into his universe, unable to resist his gravitational pull.
When she learns Hudson has a dark history of his own, she realizes too late that she’s fallen for the worst man she could possibly get involved with. Or maybe their less than ideal pasts give them an opportunity to heal each other and finally find the love their lives have been missing.

Streams of sunlight poured through the windows, warming and waking me up earlier than I would have on my usual sleep schedule. Before looking, I sensed I was alone. When I turned, I squinted at the clock on the nightstand next to where Hudson should have been sleeping. Nine-twenty-seven.

I blinked several times, adjusting my eyes, while I considered whether I wanted to get up and search for my lover or roll over and go back to sleep. I still hadn’t made a decision when the doors opened to the bedroom and Hudson appeared wearing nothing but black silk pajama bottoms and carrying a breakfast tray.

“Good, you’re awake,” he said as I sat up, the smell of coffee luring me further out of sleep. “I’m showing my family what an awesome boyfriend I am by bringing you breakfast in bed. Omelets. Sans mushrooms, of course. No cherry-flavored blow pops.” He winked as he set the tray on the table in the sitting area.

“This is one of those inappropriate moments for a blow pop anyway. And you should have said amazingly awesome boyfriend. Breakfast in bed is the best.” Though the thing making my mouth water was the never tiresome sight of Hudson barefoot and shirtless.

“I’m not that awesome.” He left the tray and untied the string of his PJs, letting them fall to the ground, exposing his beautifully erect penis. He slid under the covers and climbed over me. “I’m going to make you eat it cold.”

Before his kiss prevented me from speech or thought I mumbled, “Cold breakfast sounds perfect.”

Let me begin with telling you how much I freaking LOVED Fixed On You. This book is amazing, it has everything you could ask for in a romance novel. Heat and spice, sexiness, angst, and some humor. I found myself staying up late to read more. If your a fan of The Crossfire Series you will enjoy this book.

Fixed on you is the story of Alayna who, due to events in her past has developed an obsessive relationship disorder. Which just means she easily attaches herself to men, and falls in love easily. She also stalks these men hence the restraining order in her past.  Alayna did join an addicts group to learn how to cope with her addiction. She has fought her addiction hard and just got her MBA. On the night of her graduation she meets Hudson Pierce.

WOW talk about yummy!!! I LOVED Hudson or as Alayna calls him “H.” He is just the type of guy she has stated she needs to stay away from. Hudson makes a proposal to Alayna to pay off her student loans in exchange for her agreeing to be his girlfriend in public.

In the beginning she is wary of his proposition. She doesn’t want to resort to her addicting behavior.  However Hudson makes it hard for her to say no.
We discover some secrets about Hudson such as his inability to love... Or so he thinks.
I am so in LUST with Hudson. He just put those butterflies in my tummy and had my heart racing. I LOVE those dominant controlling sexual men. YUMMY!!!
Alayna does have some issues, but she is no pushover. OMG.. that scene with Hudson’s mom just cracked me up.
Although she has these issues and Hudson has some deep secrets and this whole relationship is a rouse it meshed so well. Everything fell into place with Fixed On You. These two are sexy hot and those sex scenes off the charts.

Another thing I LOVED about Fixed on You there is no cliffhanger. It is the first book in the series, but it has a nice ending here. I can.t wait to read Found On You. The continuation of Hudson and Alayna’s relationship.
Laurelin Paige has delivered a 5 star read.

USA Today Bestselling Author Laurelin Paige is a sucker for a good romance and gets giddy anytime there’s kissing, much to the embarrassment of her three daughters. Her husband doesn’t seem to complain, however. When she isn’t reading or writing sexy stories, she’s probably singing, watching Mad Men and the Walking Dead, or dreaming of Adam Levine. She is represented by the wonderful Bob Diforio of D4EO Literary Agency.
