Feast of Fools Review...

The wait is over. dig into the feast...

In the town of Morganville, vampires and humans live in relative peace. Student Claire Danvers has never been convinced, though, especially with the arrival of Mr. Bishop, an ancient, old-school vampire who cares nothing about harmony. What he wants from the town's living and its dead is unthinkably sinister. It's only at a formal ball, attended by vampires and their human dates, that Claire realizes the elaborately evil trap he's set for Morganville.

REVIEW!!!!

Oh boy the crazy drama in this book is more than I could handle.  We meet Claire's parents who move to town and aren't entirely thrilled with her living situation.  We also meet Amelie's father Bishop who throws a feast.  Everybody thinks it's a great thing to be invited to the feast however it could end up as either a bloodbath or well a bloodbath.  Claire having been the only roommate not invited and forbidden by Amelie to attend shows up and well things go nuts.  Does everybody make it out alive?

This is the most intense book so far and I love every second of watching the books speed by me.  The characters change so much from book to book (well some of them).  Claire started out as a meek, naive, underwhelmed college freshman.  But now she is strong, overwhelmed and knows more than she should.  I have truly enjoyed watching her grow as a character while still enjoying the craziness that is her life.  Such fun books and if you do pick them up then be sure to start with book one because you will probably be lost otherwise.

5 deadly stars!
