REVIEW:
Eric is in town on a business venture and Pippa's siblings are playing matchmaker with the pair of them. Pippa is working through a divorce and isn't interested in seeing anybody so she throws herself into her work. Eric has been doing what I thought his was best for his daughther by not dating. But when the two of them meet will they be able to maintain their friendship or will it become so much more?
I did not have the pleasure of reading any other books in this series but it was okay because this worked well as a stand alone. I absolutely loved the characters as well as how fiercely these families care about each other. The story plot is amazing and it flows amazingly. I couldn't ask for a better book. I felt like I was in the book and that is key for me.
I will be going back and reading the first two books in the series that is for sure. I also can't wait to read some other books by Layla because I have fallen in love with her writing style.
