Too Late Review...

Sloan will go through hell and back for her little brother. And she does, every single night.

Forced to remain in a relationship with the dangerous and corrupt Asa Jackson, Sloan will do whatever it takes to make sure her brother has what he needs.

Nothing will get in her way.

Nothing except Carter.

Sloan is the only good thing to ever happen to Asa. He knows this and he never plans on letting her go; even if she doesn't approve of his lifestyle. But despite Sloan's disapproval, Asa knows what it takes to get what he wants. He knows what he needs to do to remain on top.

Nothing will get in his way.

Nothing except Carter.

REVIEW:

Colleen Hoover strung us all along as she wrote this book on WattPad.  Then when you thought it was over she went and added more and more.  I am intrigued to see if there will be more but I’m pretty sure she has completed it at last.

This book follows drug dealer and controlling Asa, undercover cop Luke and the woman they both love.  When she learns the truth about what Asa had been up too she tries hard to get out.  It isn’t until Luke confirms that he is an undercover cop that she starts to feel safer.  There is a lot of action, love and intrigue in this book.

The characters were just wow, I have no words.  The plot was one that I have never read myself before.  The flow and pace were good even if you did have to wait for the next chapter it was easy to pick up where you left off.  All in all it was a well-rounded, fun and interesting story that you don’t want to put down.  As I said already I am pretty sure it is complete, so if you haven’t read it then you can read it in its entirety.  It is by far one of my favorite books by Colleen.

5 outstanding stars!
