Twisted Twenty Six Review...

Stephanie Plum's career has taken more wrong turns than a student driver on the Jersey Turnpike, and her love life is a hopeless tangle. In order to save someone dear to her, she'll have to straighten things out in Twisted Twenty-Six the latest, novel from #1 New York Times bestselling author Janet Evanovich.

Grandma Mazur is a widow...again. This time her marriage lasted a whole 45 minutes. The unlucky groom was one Jimmy Rosolli, local gangster, lothario (senior division) and heart attack waiting to happen...well, the waiting's over.

It's a sad day, but if she can't have Jimmy at least Grandma can have all the attention she wants as the dutiful widow. But some kinds of attention are not welcomed, particularly when Jimmy's former "business partners" are convinced that his widow is keeping the keys to their financial success for herself.

As someone who has spent an entire career finding bad guys, a set of missing keys should be no challenge for Stephanie Plum. Problem is, the facts are as twisted as a boardwalk pretzel with mustard.

~~~***~~~***~~~ REVIEW ~~~***~~~***~~~
This book took me the longest time to read but mostly because of lack of time.  I got halfway through the book and when I picked it up three months later I remembered absolutely everything that I'd read earlier.  That is a sign of a great book.
This one as always is filled with great FTA's, Grandma Mazur drama, and the ever apparent Ranger and Morelli fun.  So Grandma Mazur marries a mobster and he dies on their honeymoon.  When Grandma makes her way back home she has people after her in order to find 'the keys' but Grandma doesn't have them.  Stephanie with the help of Morelli and Ranger working together they protect Grandma while working every angle and doing their everyday jobs.  Do they find the keys?  What happens to Grandma?  Are all the FTA's found?
I love these characters so much and with that ending I honestly can't wait to read the next book and see what happens next.  Janet writes amazing books with fun and interesting characters.  If you haven't read them I highly recommend you start with 'One for the Money' and continue until you reach 'Twisted Twenty Six'.  I look forward to fall when the next book comes out so I can find out what happens with these characters next.
5 hilarious stars!!
