Obsidio Review...

Kady, Ezra, Hanna, and Nik narrowly escaped with their lives from the attacks on Heimdall station and now find themselves crammed with 2,000 refugees on the container ship, Mao. With the jump station destroyed and their resources scarce, the only option is to return to Kerenza—but who knows what they'll find seven months after the invasion?

Meanwhile, Kady's cousin, Asha, survived the initial BeiTech assault and has joined Kerenza's ragtag underground resistance. When Rhys—an old flame from Asha's past—reappears on Kerenza, the two find themselves on opposite sides of the conflict.

With time running out, a final battle will be waged on land and in space, heroes will fall, and hearts will be broken.

REVIEW!!!!

This is the conclusion to the Illuminae Files Trilogy.  While book one follows Kady and Ezra and book two follows Hanna, Nik and Ella as they fight to survive their separate attacks; book three follows all of these characters and those still on Kerenza IV.  This means this book got a little confusing with all the different people involved.

I enjoyed learning about how things end for all these characters.  I truly enjoyed the journey these characters and authors have taken me on.  This series is unlike most books I've read as it is written in pictures and dossiers and transcriptions and chat logs.  They are large books but don't usually take a long time to read.  I did struggle through this one but only because I started it in the middle of a major reading rut.  Once I finally picked it up halfway through I flew through the last half in a few hours.

I truly recommend this series.  Yes it is Science Fiction which isn't usually my thing but every once in a while I come across that random SciFi series I truly love.  This was one of them.  I loved both authors styles and they worked well together.  I will definitely be looking up more books by both of them soon.

4.5 out of this world stars!!!
